A useful marketing review begins with a simple question: after someone sees your content, do they know what you offer and how to take the next step? An attractive post can introduce your work. A clear message helps someone decide whether to contact you.
Make one service easy to understand
Choose a service you want to explain more clearly. Write down who it is for, what happens during the experience, what is included, and the questions someone should ask before booking. Use language a prospective client would use rather than relying only on industry terms.
For a PMU service, someone may need to know where you are located, how consultation works, and whether old permanent makeup needs to be assessed first. For business coaching, they need to understand what decisions you help with and how to inquire.
Give each piece of content one job
- Explain: answer one common question about the service.
- Show: share an accurate example of your work or process, with permission where needed.
- Introduce: help people understand your experience and approach.
- Invite: offer a clear next step for someone who is interested.
You do not need to fit all four into every post. A specific, useful answer is often easier to follow than a caption trying to say everything.
Check where your links lead
Open your profile and website as a prospective client. Is the business name consistent? Can you find the location? Does the service link lead to that service? Is the booking or inquiry instruction visible on a phone?
Match the next step to the offer. If fit needs a conversation first, invite an inquiry. If a defined appointment is ready to book, link to the appropriate booking option.
Make follow-up manageable
Keep a simple record of inquiries, the service requested, and whether you have responded. A short saved reply can explain the next step consistently, but read and personalize it before sending. Avoid collecting sensitive details through ordinary social messages.
Review conversations as well as reach
Alongside views and follows, note which topics produce relevant questions and which links people use. That gives you a practical starting point for deciding what to explain next. No single metric tells the whole story.
